Participation and cancellation policy
Dear Conference Participants
With reference to the current regulations by Estonian Government (can be found here) we are implementing infection safety protocols to our speakers and participants at the Conference on Russia.
Access is granted to those who have applied for a seat, paid the Conference fee and meet at least 1 of the following requirements (might be updated if restrictions change).
- A person who has been fully vaccinated and reached immunity according to the producer’s guidance
- A person who has a certificate of recovery form COVID-19. The certificate has to be valid.
Cancellations
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference has to be transferred to fully online conference, all participants will be refunded 100% of the paid participation fee (some processing costs might apply depending on the bank)
In case of participant cancels participation or wishes to transfer from in-person participation to online participation up to 14 days before the conference – the conference organisers will refund 100% of the participation fee.
In case of cancellation or transfer of participation 14-7 days before the conference, we will refund 50% of the participation fee; in case of a positive COVID-19 test result, we shall refund 90% of the conference participation fee. Later cancellations are refunded partly (50%) only if the participant provides a copy of a positive COVID-19 test result.
